Deep-dive into the business requirements before writing a single line of code. Map workflows, define architecture, and understand what the product needs to actually solve.

Design the database schema and API contracts first. A clean backend foundation means the frontend can move fast and legacy refactors won't haunt you later.

Build & Polish

Production-grade Vue/React frontend, Laravel or Node.js APIs, Redis where performance matters. Every module tested, every endpoint optimized.

Deploy & Iterate

Clean deployment, zero-downtime where possible, automated workflows in place. Good products evolve I stay available for calibration after launch.
